Prior to moving to Florida, Suzanne enjoyed over two decades as a criminal defense attorney and mediator.  She was a strong advocate in her role as an attorney and easily transitioned into her role as a neutral facilitator in her mediation practice.  She worked with either clients or parties in conflict on a daily basis.  She understands the art of negotiation and brings the same integrity and commitment to her real estate profession as she did in her legal profession.

In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Suzanne holds a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration.  She also has several real estate certifications and designations.  Her unparalleled negotiation skills, education and experience give her real estate customers an advantage in the market.
