About Suzanne

Prior to moving to Florida, Suzanne enjoyed a career as a trial attorney and mediator. She was a strong advocate in her role as an attorney and easily transitioned into her role as a neutral facilitator in her mediation practice. She worked with clients or parties in conflict on a daily basis. She understands the art of negotiation and brings the same integrity and commitment to her real estate practice as she did in her legal and mediation practice.

In addition to her Juris Doctor degree, Suzanne holds a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also has several real estate designations and certifications. Suzanne works with both sellers and buyers and holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designation, the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation. Her negotiation skills, education, and experience are instrumental in achieving successful results for her real estate customers.

Suzanne has always had a strong commitment to service and community. She previously served on a Board of Directors for a non-profit in Ohio and she brings the same commitment and passion to serve to her real estate customers. Her real estate customers are more than a transaction. It is her goal to provide exceptional personal service and make the process of buying or selling real estate as stress free as possible.
