You can relax while we do the work.  My closing team will be the liaison to the lender, title company and you.  My team will facilitate and coordinate inspections, appraisals and surveys and assure the title commitment is received in a timely manner.  We will schedule, review and close out your real estate transaction and will verify documents are in compliance after closing.  It is our goal to exceed your expectations every step of the way!
